CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

• To change or cancel your scheduled days please notify us at least 48 hrs prior, otherwise a $50 dollar Cancellation Fee will apply.
• For special cleaning requests (cleaning oven, fridge, inside cupboards, after renovation clean, etc.), please notify us in advance by phone 604-999-8439 or e-mail hcmforyou@yahoo.ca.

RATES

• From Deep Cove to Horseshoe Bay there is a $150 minimum cleaning rate
• Beyond Horseshoe Bay to Lions Bay there is a $200 minimum cleaning rate
• There will be a $50 dollar Fee when cancellation notification is less than 48 business hours prior to our scheduled cleaning visit.

EMPLOYEE’S TRAINING

• Handling clients property with TLC
• Responsible for operating an alarm
• Understanding individual client’s expectations
• Managing cleaning supplies, products and equipment safely
• Experience in dealing with unique products (garburator,showers, gas stove, coffee machines, flat screen TV, etc.)

HCM BUSINESS HOURS

• Cleaning services: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

DAYS CLOSED

• Saturday, Sunday and all statutory holidays including Easter Monday.
• Winter Hours: December 23rd, 2024 to January 3rd, 2025.
